Excellent flour

I was so happy to have discovered Janie's Mill. I started baking bread again and it is so wonderful. Best testimony to how good it is: my family asks when I will be making bread again and they schedule to be around. Someone asked me how long fresh bread lasts. I said, I have no idea it is consumed within a couple of days! It is easy to work with, smells wonder and there are not quite enough words to describe the flavor. The quality of the bread makes you want to eat the whole loaf. Thank you Janie's Mill!
