Organic Silky Smooth Pastry Flour

I always tell people that Janie's Mill flour is so high quality that it must be like the flour from Biblical times. Fresh, nutrient dense, no industrial processing. I use this pastry flour for my chocolate chip muffins and chocolate chunk cookies and they always turn out better than restaurant quality. Absolutely fantastic. I love how nutritious the flour is. I don't even count thr sweets as dessert - it's simply real food!

I'm writing this as my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie bakes in the oven with a sourdough butter crust made with this superb pastry flour. I've used this for 3 different pies so far and the crust was a hit, with a few people asking what flour I used. This pastry flour will be my go-to from now on.
