    Our Creamy White Cornmeal is perfect for southern-style cornbread, hush puppies, spoonbread, and as a crisp breading for fried chicken, okra, and other foods. You can also make a cornmeal porridge to add to your favorite yeast or sourdough breads.

    The "Best By" date is mid-June, but it keeps well for months in your refrigerator, and indefinitely in your freezer.

    As with all of our products, you get the nutrition of the whole kernel. To preserve all of that goodness, especially the essential oils in the germ, it’s best to keep your cornmeal cool until you’re ready to use it.

Great in Gluten free recipes

Like the white corn flour for Gingerbread and other baking where milder flavored flour is better. Raises well with rice flour, a plus since Gluten free can be a challenge.

Extremely Disappointed!

I was led to believe that I would be in receipt of white organic corn MEAL, not white corn FLOUR. The grind is a flour and it is not what I'm looking for.

Replacement Order

This last order was a replacement for a previous order. Received initial order 1/23 with expiration of 1/23. The replacement was the same! It's great quality but receiving a product the same month it expires was a bit disappointing.
