Love this flour. Like many who have reviewed, I use it in my sourdough bread baking, which includes bagels. And I regularly hear my bagels are some of the best people have tried. This has been my go-to flour for a couple of years now. I use it for breads, cookies, empanadas, pancakes... I don't do cakes or pastry with it, but for any "heavier" dough or batter, this has been perfect. My family has even noted how much better the pizza crust is when I make it with this flour rather than another brand.
