I am experienced with sourdough, however using the flour from my berries is a totally new experience… Am looking for bread recipes using fresh ground flour as i understand it behaves quite differently….For starters, should I sieve out some of the bran?
Would LOVE a recipe…BTW…I double grind with my KA milling attatchment.
We are newbies to the world of grains and baking, and found the whole berry sampler to be a delightful introduction to learning and experimenting with the different types of grains out there. With a stone mill we got as gift from our kids, we are expanding our horizons cooking and baking with fresh milled grains "from the source", never knew what we were missing until now. The grains have certainly been good to our bellies. Thanks Janies Farm and Mill!

This is an awesome little sampler to be able to try out different types of wheat. We just got a new home size grain mill, so this allowed me to try out different varieties easily.
