Just 1/2 cup of Dark Rye Flour provides 6g of fiber, or about 1/3 of the RDA. Rye is also high in the important B vitamins, as well as crucial minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, manganese, iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, chrome, phosphorus, iodine, and boron.

    European bakers often make a 100% rye loaf that is dense, delicious, and keeps well. You can also add rye to your favorite wheat loaf to boost its flavor and moisture, experimenting with the percentage of rye flour until you get a loaf that matches your desired density and taste. This is very good quality flour. Makes great Rye bread.
Top quality products, reasonable delivery time packaged well. I somehow mistakenly got signed up for a subscription. Let's see how they handle that. I will update this post if possible as soon as I have an answer. I suspect they will do well.
I Was correct in assuming that their customer service would equal the products. Outstanding service, Quick and on point! Kudos They will be my goto. They should be your too!

Wonderful Rye flour!

Organic Dark Rye flour makes wonderful bread that reminds me of the Swedish Rye I enjoyed as a child.
