It’s perfect in my old fashioned buttermilk waffle recipe! 3 eggs, 1/4 oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar mixed. Add 1-1 1/4 Eikorn sifted with 1 tablespoon baking powder & 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix together thoroughly & let rest 7-10 minutes.

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to use this flour. I'm hoping to be able to make a sourdough starter, but I haven't had the time, since it's pretty involved. I will come back and update this review after I use it! Hopefully that will be soon!
