Fresh, versatile flour for perfect no-knead loaves

This flour has become a staple in my household for no-knead artisan bread. It takes me less than 5 minutes to prep a week's worth of bread, and it comes out beautifully hydrated and hole-y every time! I'm no expert baker, but our Janie's Mill loaves feel like a luxury at a quarter of the price of $8 per loaf for not-very-good grocery store sandwich bread. There is no comparison to grocery store flour either - this is a whole other ballgame. Hearty, filling and wonderfully beige. We feel like *Europeans.* Thanks for keeping us healthy!

Nothing compares

I started a nano-bakery in hopes to create a clean food movement in my area in Michigan. Unfortunately, Michigan doesn't have many good milks or growers around (although we have great produce).

Janie's Mill has a wonderful story, and a top tier product. This flour tastes so good, and it ferments quickly. Perfect. I blend this with the whole kernal, and it's special.
