HIGH QUALITY FLOUR

I was recommended this flour by a social media influencer I follow, Bobby Parrish. I have been making bagels recently and wanted to try a new brand. What a difference in the quality of flour you use. These were my best tasting bagels to date. The color was a bit darker and the bagels were way crispier. I live in California, so I was hesitant to purchase something with high shipping costs, but it was worth every penny. I will continue buying from Janies Mill and appreciate that they take the time and money to produce a high quality flour.

Great flour

This flour does not disappoint! I have made several loaves of yeasted sandwich bread with the high-protein flour and my whole family loves the flavor. The crumb is soft and toasts up nice!
