Outstanding product

I’ve been making my own sourdough for a while for the health benefits and I thought I’d give this brand a try. Immediately I found my bread was a better texture, more moist, better crumb, and the flavor is a deeper my complex profile. My husband noticed right away that it is easier to digest and less inflammatory than other more processed flours. Will buy again.

Fresh, versatile flour for perfect no-knead loaves

This flour has become a staple in my household for no-knead artisan bread. It takes me less than 5 minutes to prep a week's worth of bread, and it comes out beautifully hydrated and hole-y every time! I'm no expert baker, but our Janie's Mill loaves feel like a luxury at a quarter of the price of $8 per loaf for not-very-good grocery store sandwich bread. There is no comparison to grocery store flour either - this is a whole other ballgame. Hearty, filling and wonderfully beige. We feel like *Europeans.* Thanks for keeping us healthy!
