Best Flour I’ve Used for My Sourdough!

Jaine’s Mill Organic High Protein Flour is the best I’ve used for my sourdough loaves to date! My loaves bake higher than any flour I’ve used so far! My starter loves it too! I get the best response from my starter when I use the High Protein Flour. It is delicious bread too! I’m a big fan of Janie’ Mill products!

Flavorful flour

The high protein flour has a complex, deep flavor. I mostly make sourdough sandwich loaf bread with it. That bread is the star of the show. Store bought flour is flat and one dimensional.

Game changer

Love Janie's Mill flour! It's been a game changer in my sourdough bread baking. I use 87.5% high-protein bread flour to 12.5% whole wheat, the crumb comes out soft and moist. The taste is much more complex. The results are much consistent compared to any of the flour I buy from the stores.
