I mistakenly ordered ground flour instead of wheat berries and wisely followed the instructions that came with the shipment. I put everything in the freezer and have started to use this amazing product. First the smell of this fresh ground flour just makes it clear you are in for a treat. This is the best error I have every made and I will purchase the wheat berries soon. I know this company offers and delivers excellent quality. The bread and biscuits I have made so far using the Einkorn(biscuits) and Red Fife (bread) are an absolute hit with my family. Thank you Janie's Mill!!!

Bought the sampler for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Looking to make bread with these ancient grains that are healthier and can be eaten by our gluten sensitive child. Used “Red Fife” to make a loaf of bread and we couldn’t be more pleased at the texture and taste! Our gluten sensitive child was able to eat this bread and suffered no negative reaction to the bread.
Can’t wait to try the other grains and to move away from modern what’s bred to maximize mass production standards (while sacrificing nutrients and increasing gluten).
I've used the Spelt for sourdough pancakes - best pancakes I hav ever eaten, bar none!!!! Light rye flour was perfect in my sourdough rye bread - Thank you so much for such good quality products!
