Way Better Than Store-Bought Flour!

Found Janie's Mill at the beginning of the pandemic when I couldn't find flour in the local grocery stores. I'll never go back! I've tried many of the Janie's Mill flours and they are exceptionally fresh. Whole-Kernel is my favorite for bread-baking. Store-bought flour is rather powdery, dry and bland, while Janie's Mill flours exhibit variety, excellent taste and aroma. Their flours just seem more like real food! I hadn't realized what we were missing.
