    Our organic rye berries are popular for milling, malting, distilling, and using in grain bowls. To prepare the whole grain, simply measure out the desired amount of rye berries into a saucepan and add three to four times as much water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about an hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool, or serve immediately in a breakfast bowl, dinner grain bowl, or salad. Try this rye berry salad, and feel free to substitute whatever herbs, nuts, or fruits you have on hand.

Delicious & a great fiber/protein source

Very clean and full. A pretty grain with good flavor and fragrance. Baked 30 light rye loaves this weekend and they came out very nice with amazing flavor. Sold out fast. Will need to buy more soon.
