Quality Products

I use the Frederick White mixed 50/50 with Red Fife to make bread and it tastes great. I've ordered quite a bit from Janie's and have always been impressed with their service and the taste and cleanliness of their grains. I've never found anything that would cause damage to the mill. I had one order that had a problem and all it took was a simple phone call, answered by a real, live human and the problem was fixed. Janie's is the only place I buy from now.

I mill these together, the rolls & loaves are delicious.
Also, to whoever picked the grain sacks for shipping, well done!!!!
The grains had a rough ride, the box was a bit crushed, but the sacks remained intact and the grain was protected.

I milled the Fredrick white wheat berries in my Mock Mill attachment and made cookies and muffins and cakes all were delicious. A really lovely product and thank you for not using plastic bags. I will buy these again and again.
