Again blown away

So after using the 00 pizza flour I thought for sure that I would have to make my chocolate cake because it would be nuttier and I felt like the chocolate cake would handle the nutty flavor. Once again you folks blew me away with this flour, when I opened the bag to begin my cake it was whitier and soft to the touch. My chocolate cake is amazing with how soft it is and then I used your flour and WOW - it is even softer then it was. I made some cupcakes out of the batter to test and they held up under the buttercream. Can hardly wait to make a banana cake to see if it improves on how dense the cake is. Thanks for such a good product.
