  • Product Info

These organic oat flakes have a pleasing texture and nutty taste. They are more substantial than industrial rolled oats, with a heartier flavor, but you can use them as you would regular (non-instant) rolled oats -- for oatmeal, wholesome granola, cookies, breads and other baked goods, as well as for a porridge inclusion or nice topping for your favorite bread.

Our oats are rich in B-vitamins, calcium, protein and fiber, and low in sodium and unsaturated fat. To create these flavorful and nutritious oat flakes, we first run our certified organic whole oat groats through a convection oven and then through a roller/flaker. This process gelatinizes starches in the whole grain, giving the flakes a rich, nutty, slightly toasted flavor, while also adding to the product's shelf life. These flakes are also perfect for home-brewers!

Love this oatmeal ! Need to add more liquid than the usual 2 to 1 ratio in order to make it creamy. I make enough for 2-3 days ,refrigerate and heat in microwave.

I wish the packaging had directions for making breakfast oatmeal. I tried it on my own and the oats didn’t soften in the microwave

Mixed 50:50 with whole grain oats – excellent combination of creamy and crunchy. Best oatmeal I've ever had!

creamiest oatmeal

very time I tried to buy this oatmeal it was sold out or on backorder.....now I know why! My husband eats oatmeal a lot, me not so much. I bet I will more now! He likes the creamy, I like the chewy; win/win to me! Haven't tried it for cooking yet....

excellent taste, and chewiness

Primarily used for oatmeal, these rolled oats require longer cooking time than most tick rolled oats you can find in a grocery store. We have settled on 12-13 minutes cooking time. Even then it can be a bit chewier than others we tried.
The end result is an excellent creamy yet chewy iatmeal
