This is taking my bread to the next level of delicious

The instructions in this book are easy to follow and all the recipes I've tried so far have been met with delight amongst my friends and family. It's nice to have an actual book to reference instead of having to refer to the internet for new recipe ideas.

I LOVE This Cookbook!

I started baking sourdough a year ago.
Emilie Raffa is an excellent teacher. Her recipes are very clear, and everything I have made from her sourdough cookbook was a success and tasted delicious. In fact, I just purchased a second copy as a Christmas gift for my daughter.
If you are new to sourdough, buy this book! You will not be disappointed.

SUNDAY MORNING BAGEL RECIPE!! Never fails! make the dough up Saturday evening and making FRESH incredible bagels for Sunday brunch! Make certain to have your seeds in stock, poppyseed, everything bagel, and sesame seeds! Great idea for a gift for your favorite baker along with a "few" good flours to get it done with.

Looks like a winner!

Haven't had a chance to actually use any recipes yet, but the instructions make everything look very doable and not overly complicated or difficult. Can't wait to try it out :-)
