I just started in bread making, so I thought “how different can a flour be?” Let me tell you, for an event, I made two loaves- one with store bread flour and one with the Janie high protein. Not only did the high protein look vastly superior, but people devoured it. I took home a near whole loaf made from the store bread flour. No joke. I am hooked. So yummy.
My husband and I love the organic flours and oats! We enjoy making bread and pizza dough with the flours. We also enjoy slow cooking the oats and wheat berries for breakfast cereal and grain bowls. The devotion to a high quality product is awesome! I plan on being a lifetime customer.
I bought this to try out these different flours. It’s a perfect way to sample them and get an idea of what works best for me. So far I have used the Artisan Blend and made a delicious rustic loaf. Looking forward to trying the rest.
I loved the group of wonderful flours I recently ordered. As usual, Janie’s Mill products are great. The new way to open the bags was also very nice!
