I will never go back to using industrial yellow corn cornmeal for my cornbread. Squirrels got most of the Black Aztec I grew this year to grind into cornmeal. Janie’s Mill to the rescue with Bloody Butcher for delicious cornbread this winter!
I was so excited to get this. I made a cornbread with this and the yellow cornmeal from Janie's and heard nothing, but mmmmmmm from my guests. Added just the right touch of sweet and rich nutty flavor to the end product. What a treat to have found you!
