The cracked wheat, also known as raw bulgur, has all the flavor, fiber, and nutrition of the whole wheat berries, but provides greater versatility in your kitchen. You can use it in grain salads, as a delicious and wholesome hot breakfast cereal or as an inclusion in breads. Wonderful hot breakfast

We eat soooo many oats so we decided to change up breakfast a little. We are loving this cracker wheat for a hot breakfast. I soak the wheat overnight and cook it as a porridge in the morning. Delicious!

Love it!

1st time eating bulgur wheat and I love it. Love the taste just plain. This is nice change of pace from my usual rolled oats breakfast. Additionally I would love to see coarse grind for other type meals.

Wish there was a coarser option

Cracked wheat is fresh and tasty as always at Janie's mill. However, I prefer coarser cracked wheat. I really hope this would be available in the future.

I absolutely love this cracked wheat. I mainly use it for cereal, but it adds flavor and texture to anything you use it with. The flavor is delicious and I literally crave this stuff!! You will not be disappointed!

Cracked Wheat: freshly milled and flavorful!

I purchased 25# of organic cracked wheat. It's fresh, whole-grain, and tastes deliciously sweet. One cup of cracked wheat to three cups water takes 15 min of simmering to cook. Add a bit of maple syrup, a few sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and it keeps one full of energy for hours.

Please note, however: unlike bulgur, this cracked wheat is totally unprocessed, so is not the same as the processed bulgur/cracked wheat that is commonly sold in stores. It can be used in place of bulgar, but the flavor and texture will be different.
