This is also the best Janie's Mill flour to use if you have a bread machine.

Perfect Bread Flour

The Janie's Mill Organic Sifted Artisan Bread Flour is perfect for making a hearty loaf of bread! I have made many loaves of bread, but none are as delicious as the ones I baked with this flour. Makes delicious and fluffy bread!

I use a bread machine to make a loaf 2-3 times a week and the quality of this flour compared to flours at the grocery store is really noticeable. It makes a softer, fluffier bread that is more flavorful. Also, I love that I can buy fresh flour from a small family business only one state over from me! Thank you Janie’s!
