This is also the best Janie's Mill flour to use if you have a bread machine.

    If you have a bread machine, this is the best flour to use in it. Because our stone-milled flours contain perishable nutrients in the germ and bran, we recommend you store them in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place, ideally in your fridge or freezer.

Made croissants using this flour mixed with strong bread flour. Result was fantastic! Proofing time is longer though. As I figured this out I got the best tasting croissants. Beautiful layers and volume! I love it!

Used a 50/50 mix of this flour with rye flour from another brand. Soon I will use thus flour with Janies rye flour. Can’t wait.
