Great flavor, nice texture. Made delicious sandwich bread. Toasted with butter and jam is a good breakfast treat.
I have to do the water test to see its absortion. The flavors were good but because I used a rye sourdough and 30% Rye it was a bit tough to work with

I do a simple bread with Janie’s whole kernel, high-protein bread flour, organic brown sugar, salt, and yeast. It’s the perfect bread, and has helped nurse me back to health.
One thing I noticed (which veteran bakers surely know) is how much bigger and fluffier my loaves come out after switching from tap water to purified water - what a difference.
I’m doing everything I can to eliminate things like glyphosate from my diet, and am now faithful to companies like Janie’s that put out a healthy alternative to industrially farmed and processed flours and other foods.
