Most wonderful product
I have been making the sprouted rye bread recipe in Nichole Accettola’s Scandinavian from Scratch. I am using Janie’s Mill rye berries for the sprouts (using the Sproutpeople’s instructions for sprouting). Thanks to Janie’s Mill organic rye berries!
I very much like to bake Rye sour dough bread. I use Jamie's Mill Rye berries and grind the in my owner mill.
The bread comes out very tasty with a good crumb. I recommend the rye berries from Janie's Mill.
