Best bread flour I’ve ever had.

This is the closest you can get to authentic bakery style bread flour with a very artesian and European flavor. They even shock weeds in their fields to avoid pesticides. I love Jamie’s Mill!!

Delicious and nutritious

Was looking for a bread flour that is milled in a healthy way (like European flour that doesn’t have all the nutrients stripped out). Used this just like my regular Kings bread flour. The bread has more of a wheat bread color but tastes delicious and cooks the same. Very happy to find ingredients in the US that are made naturally for our bodies!
