I haven’t baked with it yet but I can’t wait to Ryan for my next loaf. Can I use it straight from the bag when baking my bread? Won’t it soften during the Ferment and rest period?
This is basically denser Cream of Wheat. More like the consistency of grits. Definitely not cracked Wheat.
Great tasting but not the cracked wheat I was expecting.
Some adjustments to be made on the raising process. But the texture and flavor of the bread is really great. Knowing it's so much healthier than any store bought bread is also great
We eat soooo many oats so we decided to change up breakfast a little. We are loving this cracker wheat for a hot breakfast. I soak the wheat overnight and cook it as a porridge in the morning. Delicious!
1st time eating bulgur wheat and I love it. Love the taste just plain. This is nice change of pace from my usual rolled oats breakfast. Additionally I would love to see coarse grind for other type meals.
