I made fettuccine with this lovely flour. Taste and texture were wonderful.
Mixing in durum flour in my sourdough breads always left them somewhat heavy, feeling almost as if they were not fully baked. So I stopped using that flour for bread altogether. When I ordered other flours, I decided to give Janie’s durum a try. I am truly happy that I did.The bread I made turned out lovely. I will be ordering more.
