I'm new to baking bread in my bread machine. When I received my latest flour from Janie's, I mixed the 3 types together in containers for storage in my fridge. I can't comment on the individual flour but the mixture turned out great. So much better than the store-bought bread.

It’s perfect in my old fashioned buttermilk waffle recipe! 3 eggs, 1/4 oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar mixed. Add 1-1 1/4 Eikorn sifted with 1 tablespoon baking powder & 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix together thoroughly & let rest 7-10 minutes.
