I've tried wheat and rye flakes for breakfast very delicious and makes me full.
I would drink a protein drink for part of my breakfast. Prices keep going up. Now I mix wheat, oatmeal, barley and rye, cook a pot of it for a weeks worth of breakfast. Tastes great, saves me money and is healthier. Now I will always have Janie’s flakes in my refrigerator.
Used all 4 to make granola
i know what to do with the oats, but the other stuff is up in the air. tryed barly flakes in pancakes but that sucked. any ideas?
