Fantastic organic cake flour

I am so happy to find organic artisan flours here at Janie’s Mill. The shipping dept deserves compliments for its fast and safe shipping too. I would love to post a picture of the delicious and beautiful birthday cake (made with organic Fredrick cake flour)that was promptly demolished. All three layers were perfectly scrumptious. Yay for finding Janie’s Mill!

have been searching for years for organic cake flour,[ i eat only organic since saw food inc! and found out about GMOS .[ one reason i didn't get the shot' i know about GMOS :] ] so glad to find for vanilla cake ,thank you! and stone ground the old way too!

cakes are gonna be greater for sure

Just found this place last year, already have a freezer full of flours. the fredrick is new to me, and now with my new cinnamon roll recipe this should be a treat. the cakes are awesome and perfect in taste. Can't wait to make the Cinnamon rolls. its gonna be a great day! tell your friends, tell your family, what to know its perfect and non bio made, you know the fake flours, not this its the best.

Did not try yet but we made cookies from another. Cookies were a real treat. This flour makes all the difference. It simply tastes delicious.
It has the sweet taste of flour my mother used to have by buying wheat and taking it to a stone mill. Tastes natural sweet no gunny aftertaste like the flour fro Whole Foods.
I am glad I found Janei’s Mill.
This is what flour should be.
