I just started baking my own breads using a starter about three years ago. Janie's Mill Organic High-Protein Bread Flour is the best flour I've used thus far. I baked a couple of loaves using only this flour and they rose beautifully. The taste was amazing. I'll be ordering only from Janie's Mill from now on!

Janie's never disappoints!

I've been buying the high protein flour for my sourdough since January and it's incredible. I started baking sourdough last fall and it was a flop until I bought Janie's. Sometimes I mix in Red Turkey or Black Emmer for an even more earthy taste. The cornmeal is also incredible as is the All Purpose Flour for other baking needs. I am so pleased to have clean flour that doesn't cause indigestion and puffiness. I had no idea prior to ordering from you that flour was a "live" product. I always thought it was just white powdery stuff you mixed into baked goods. Wow have I learned a lot from Janie's! The storage bins for storing your flour are a plus too! Please don't ever lose sight of
your integrity or quality!

Great flour

I use this flour every week I make my sourdough breads for my family. Love this flour for my sourdough bread. I use 46% bread flour with 40% of durum and 14% einkorn flour in my bread. All of the flours are from Janie’s Mill. Love all their products!
