Love this flour

Excellent, very fresh. Makes a beautiful sourdough loaf. I have also used it in foccacia, bagels, dinner rolls. Would be life long customer if the shipping cost wasnt so high .

Beautiful Flour!

Getting ready to order second 25# bag! This flour makes amazing sourdough artisan loaves. In high hydration loaves, the crumb has a beautiful sheen and gluten structure. I am spoiled for other bread flours.

Really enjoyed the flour. I use it for sourdough baking. I would really like to keep purchasing but shipping is too expensive unfortunately. I will definitely repurchase if there is a sale on shipping. Can’t quite store 100 dollars worth of flour at the moment maybe in the future.
