I make pasta at home off and on, but this bag of sifted durum wheat seemed to disappear very fast. We were having fresh pasta, or great crostatas every week. It’s a delight to handle. My favorite were the kale/ricotta ravioli, so far….
I bought a 3lbs bag of this flour. It arrived Thursday and is gone today. I made ravioli and it rolled out silky smooth! I made sourdough and my sour felt like cake batter. Absolutely delicious and a joy to work.
